Bert you have gone out of your way to help me. The definition of customer service in the dictionary should just say Bert Hixson. You go out of your way to make sure, not only what needs to be changed is changed, but also that I have understood what is taking place. You are very prompt in your replies. You are thorough in your replies. And you are precise in your replies. And what is truly amazing is we have never spoken on the phone, it’s all been by email and you still get the job done and make your customers feel great and like we have accomplished something. I have not as of yet, purchased a service plan with you. As you know I unfortunately bought one before I met you but I intend to rectify that stiuation very soon. I remember in one email that you said you can’t offer what the “big boys” offer, but I tell you what, they could all learn from you in customer relations, quailty of your product and ease of productivity your products implore on us, your customers. When I decided to add a blog page to my current website, I am not sure if it was the programming language, the cpanel which boggled my mind or the wordpress technology. I was lost and found myself spinning my wheels accomplishing nothing. To my joy, I discovered Bert after sending emails to a few companies to inquire of their services.
Not only was Bert one of the few people to promptly reply but he was very understanding of my wants and needs as I forwarded them to him. He didn’t push me to reinvent the wheel nor to spend unnecessary dollars. I wanted some tweaks to a theme I had managed to upload and then some help on plugins, widgets and the like.
I was a newbie to trackbacks, pings and XML sites. I got everything I needed and then some. My blog page looks great and Bert was very patient with my numerous requests to make the font “just a bit bigger” one more time! He is now tutoring me on how to make my posts look great through the use of photographs.
I expect that I will soon be a whiz at this as well. He has helped me to understand the new technology in email notes which I can save and refer back to as necessary. His responses have always been prompt, courteous and right on target. And all of this without ever meeting face to face or even speaking on the phone.
I highly recommend Bert and his services to those of you wanting to modernize your current site or those of you who want to start from scratch. Kudos Bert and job well done!
