Based on your budget selection, I can build your new website using my custom developed, pre-built WordPress theme. It is built on carefully coded framework allowing for optimal performance when the website is completed.

The theme will be customized and can be modified to fit your business or personal requirements as it relates to colors, images and fonts. There are some limitations on how much the theme can be customized if more complex designs are required. Should that be the case, you may be interested in learning more about what the next budget level offers.

Based on your budget selection, I will build your new website using my custom developed, framework and based on the latest WordPress coding standards. The framework and all required coding, files, and images will be optimized and compressed for a faster loading site.

This budget level also allows for more complex site integrations including ecommerce, members only sites and etc. Basically, any third party database solutions.

If you have a site already designed that is available in PSD, I will develop your site based on that design. It is, however, not a requirement.

The benefit of this service over hourly rates is that you will save 20% off normal prices. It does require 40 hours to be purchased up front.
